Two-act play The performance by the play of the Russian literature classic tells about different aspects and facets of love – from the first love of a very young girl to the grandmother’s love to her grandson. All personages of the play are in love. “The Wheel” company makes an attempt to analyze this great feeling, to look at it from the different points of view. The performance’ authors were not aimed at making the classical play looking modern by means of visual effects. So, on the little stage of the theatre spectators might feel the atmosphere similar to that Ivan Turgenev worked in – the hot summer and the slow pace of life.
